The founder of Dangote Group is Alhaji Aliko Dangote, CON, The Group is a leading diversified conglomerate, which generates annual revenues in excess of USD 1 billion (year 2004) and over USD 2billion is projected from Dangote Industries Limited (DIL), Benue Cement Company (BCC) and Obajana Cement Plant (OCP). Great Diversity The Group’s interests are diverse, the most significant of which are the manufacture of fast-moving consumer goods such as sugar, flour, salt and spaghetti / macaroni.
