At Selva Integrated Pasta Facilities, which was founded at Konya next to the Selva-1 Semolina Facility, the best macaroni of Turkey is being produced from pure semolina that is produced from the most quality durum wheat of Anatolia. Selva Facilities with a daily production capacity of 130 ton are among the most modern facilities. Selva's production lines established with Italian Braibanti technology are fully under control of computerized systems. Also product control analyses are made at Selva's laboratories with state-of-the-art technology with great care. Selva macaroni, packed at packaging units established with German BOSCH technology, are being delivered to the customers under the healthiest condition. Selva-1 facilities at Konya, 2. Organize Sanayi has an esteemed place within the market thanks to its quality production and high capacity. The factory, making production with TSE and ISO 9002 certificates has a capacity of breaking 300 ton of durum wheat. Also there is 3000 tons of dry silo and 850 tons of drying silos. At Selva-1, incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products are conducted through a fully computerized system and its capacity is kept under control with a yield control system. At Selva-1, which is working with full capacity, the products are offered to the market after their quality control checks are made at modern laboratories. Selva-2 is the first Turkish flour mill that has PLC automation. At these facilities, which are equipped with electronic systems of latest technology, all production programs from wheat to flour and control procedures are being conducted with the aid of computer systems. Selva-2 facilities have the capacity of grinding 180 tons wheat a day. Inside the facilities there are 400-ton dry wheat warehouse, 250-ton drying silos, 500-ton flour silos and 1000-ton flour stocking areas. Selva wheat flour produced at this facility are being offered to the market after packed with the automatic machinery.
